After a rather tumultuous fortnight, I'm starting today with a slow exhale and a stiff coffee.
'Next time' I will have to seriously consider an in-built 'Coffee Hutch', just like this one, complete with sink and fridge.
Isn't it stunning! A-M xx

INHALE that aroma! :-) Life will be good again soon. :-)
ReplyDeleteHope you have a lovely and relaxing weekend - you've sure earned it!
ReplyDeleteOh, that looks great! My machine is heating up as we speak, and I'm sure my kitchen designer thought I was a little nuts going on and on about the amount of bench space I needed for my machine...
ReplyDeleteYes please! This hutch is perfection definitely next time!! Amanda x
ReplyDeleteThere you go A-M, you've found your happy place. Good for you for taking the lemons life has handed you so far and making lemonade with it. You've got a positive spirit; go out there and enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteMe, too! It would be so fabulous to have this set up in the mornings.
ReplyDeleteI have a coffee area as part of my kitchen it is the most used space in the house ( that & the sink!):)
ReplyDeleteThis is inspired! In my book, coffee is the juice of life. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you need a double...espresso! What I like about this "coffee bar/coffee hutch" is the fact it is away from the "kitchen triangle" where all the action is taking place. Family members or guests can get a cup of coffee without disturbing the "chef" who is busy making breakfast.
ReplyDeleteOh this could be very dangerous A-M! I'd be sending MOTH off to one of those Barista Courses pronto!
ReplyDeleteMillie ^_^
Now that is for serious coffee drinkers! I hope you get to enjoy a few good cups this weekend AM. Any maybe a hot brandy to kick the last of the awful flu you have been fighting???

ReplyDeleteI hope A-M everything will work well with your beautiful house.( coloured water - veeery clever)
Have a wonderful weekend. Looks like will be sunny one
Hello precious - hopefully that is some serious quiet and happy time on the horizon this weekend for the A-M'ettes!
ReplyDeleteYour comment this morning was so wonderful - thank you. talk about riding a roller coaster of emotions - why oh why did I ever think this was a good idea?! - and I've come to HATE some stuff I've chosen to sell, all so boring. common. meh. minor meltdown - worse case scenario i have a garage sale or something.
I'll excuse myself now - make myself a sandwich or something! xxxx
Great idea! Definate must for the next house as we really enjoy our coffee.
ReplyDeleteYour paving around the pool is just lovely.
