Chair and cushion by Oliveaux
Well she has arrived and I just sit and gaze adoringly at her.... as she is a work of art. I am sitting opposite her now. She is bathed in morning sunlight and light ripple reflections off the pool. I have never owned a piece of custom furniture before. Oh she is soooo beautiful. Thank you to Amanda at Oliveaux for making it all happen. Perfect fabric and exquisitely shaped chair...... you so rock Miss A! I spent all evening interrupting my family's TV viewing screaming out "look at ma chair" at random intervals. There was lots of eye rolling and "yes Mum, it's beautiful" comments.
...and yes I have sat on her.... once!

Sheer beauty A-M, you are so lucky to have such a lovely chair...I can picture your boys rolling eyes as they whisper to each other "here she goes again" just as my offspring do when I have a new thing to admire...Well done on your choice of fabric. She is stunning.

I absolutely LOVE that chair - such a beautiful design and fabric. I would love a wingback chair for our lounge. Yours would fit in perfectly :) Blue has always been my favourite colour, especially when paired with white.

So So Pretty! I don't think I would be able to sit in it for a while. Enjoy it though because that is what it is made for.

and she IS scrumptious!!!! the first time i got a custom piece was a chair. it was so hard to wait six weeks for it to be done, but so worth it!

I love that you call your chair "her" :-) We have a sectional named Charles (the company that makes it named it that, not me!!), and so I always call our sectional "him" :-)
She's a beautiful chair :-) Love the curvy lines, and the fabric is fantastic :-)
