Tara, from over at Landscape Design, says, "on axis with your favorite view, from inside your home, plant a fabulous tree". Well, I didn't plant the tree outside my Great Room window but the one conveniently growing there (hence the existence of the window) gives me such pleasure from where I sit blogging early in the mornings.
.....look that's where I sit, right in the middle, feet up.....you can still see the depression in the sofa, even when I'm not plonked there. That is sooo my spot. Comfort, peace and quiet and a 'green view'...pure bliss. Stay asleep children, stay asleep.... just for a little bit longer.
And that's the best I could do this morning for a 'Monday Nook'... oh dear!
Happy Monday!
Happy Monday!
A-M xx

What a lovely spot A-M! Oh to have a gorgeous window seat with a lovely view like you have. Your sofa looks SO comfy - nothing beats a comfy sofa. Love your sheet music pillow too. Enjoy your start to the week! x
ReplyDeleteI love the birds-eye-view from your serene window seat. You put so much thought into the building of this home. The quiet hours in the morning, when you have the house all to yourself- it's the best, isn't it? It's my favorite time of day- just before my DH gets up and all is still. Love your comfortable nook.
ReplyDeleteHi there, love your blog, but love your sofa cushions more! Just kidding! Really, where did you buy them from?
