Nothing........

This is where I find him every morning. A comforting constant in the chaos that is moving.

... is going to stop me from doing my piano practice. Not even the packing boxes. No piano stool? ... just do it standing up of course. Just packed up the entire play room, on the weekend, and I hear the almighty noise of the 'Bionicle Lego Box' being up-ended, all over the floor. A kid's still gotta play..... even when you're moving.

Oh, how I love him. You play sweetheart.
A-M xx

Ooooh - look at that cutey! :-) Just lovely, and I love your piano. We have a bunch of synths but no real piano - too little space. :-(

His little hands look so delicate and cute on the keys. I can imagine your emotions at the moment..don't worry, you'll find the perfect block and build the perfect house all over again and it will so exciting (for all of us!) Lots of love.. Rachaelxx

God love 'im! And in his singy and socks! My boy also plays standing up and not because we have no seat (or a fab piano like that) - he's a bit more musical theatre than classical. Deb xx

ps. I do have a younger daughter with whom I think we should also stage an introduction in about 2022 ;-)

What a little cutiepie!!! I love that he's so enthusiastic to practising his new 'playing with two hands'. Such a sweety! Have a great day A-M, if I lived in Brissy i'd come help you with your packing (although my little cutie would help UNpack just as quickly).

Glad to see you are still blogging despite the chaos of moving and the horror of renting a house that is not as it is supposed to be. Do not let the snarky amongst us in cyberspace get you down A-M. Am really looking forward to your next Project.

Hi A-M,

Your boys are so cute! WOW it looks as though you have packed so much now....I hope you don't mind me asking, but when you had the party the other weekend, did you sell some of, or all of your furniture? I especially love the blue painted sideboard, please tell me that you didn't sell that? I would love to find a sideboard like that one, blue chippy paint can be included!! Hope you are having a good day.
Take care

They adore their piano teacher. She wears treble clef earrings. Makes a big difference... adoring your teacher. A-M xx

He'll go far, that one - such commitment and determination. Bless his little cotton socks, it just goes to show how resilient kids are. Stay strong A-M, before you know it, you'll be kicking back in your new and improved great room, watching your boys play that very piano (although perhaps with the addition of a stool!)K xx

It will be those little routines that you keep through packing and into the new place that will help keep you sane. Have a great week A-M. Thinking of you and yours.
