Abundance

"Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance."
Eckhart Tolle (A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose)

I am sitting here this afternoon, in my wicker chair in the sun..... in a beautiful new year, sipping my tea, book in hand, revelling in the abundance in my life.

I wish you all the most abundant year.

  19. I love when the New Year rolls in and there is an excitement about whats to come. The unknown is daunting for some but I find it quite exciting.....
Its also the thought that each year you get to start fresh. A little bit like when you were at school and even if you had great pencils and a cool pencil case or backpack the start of the year was just better if you got new ones.

  20. I can feel you inching back to us bit by bit A-Me and I'm so pleased. I'm a firm believer that profoundly sad happenings in life, once accepted, allow us to view our world differently and be grateful for those cherished moments we choose to find and embrace.
    Hugs

  26. Eckhart Tolle and Randy Pausch (The Last Lecture) are my two guiding lights when it comes to unravelling the "whys" and "what fors" of life A-M. May the inspiration you gain from their words be your mantra for how to live your best life. Here's sending lots of positive energy your way! ;)Sharyne

  36. Happy New Year, A-M! What a profound quote to begin the year 2011. I will think of it often as I go through this year. I am finding that the challenges in my life are making me appreciate the good things all that much more. Thought pain may take our breath away at times, once we can breathe again the good things shine like a beacon. Blessings to you and yours.

  40. Amen. It's all about gratitude. Oprah Winfrey once stated that keeping a gratitude journal is one of the most profound, life-altering things that she does.

Hope everyday becomes lighter and lighter for you and your sons.
