  34. Wanted to text you sweet girl, but dramas with my mobile phone here - my Contacts list has been locked away in a busted phone until its fixed tomorrow. MOTH & I wish you & the boys nothing but the best for 2011. There will be many challenges along the way, but we know your fighting spirit & inate strength will see you through. MOTH's going to start our kitchen reno. soon, so I reckon you'll get a few much needed laughs courtesy of his wildly anticpated mishaps. Hope to get up your way soon to see my mate Nina Ballerina @ Norman Park, so will let you know. M & M xxx

  37. I was browsing original artworks on etsy and came upon this:

    http://www.etsy.com/listing/23272536/custom-pencil-portrait-of-your-kids-or

I thought, 'I know those two!".

If they're not yours, they definitely could be. I think it's the arm draped around the little one's shoulder.

  39. Great picture! :-) Your son has such a wonderful smile - and the green insect is actually kinda cute :-) I've lost track of which insect is which, but I'm guessing this is Brianna or Nigella?

    Hope you're doing well....

  41. Hey AM, Fantastic shot! Thanks for your lovely comment. Amazing how small our world is here in Brissie. John is soooo lovely and I am truely spoilt being able to have him make me huge mugs of delicous coffee whenever I pop into the centre. He and Courtney and their family are on holidays at the moment and I can't tell how how I miss my coffees. He and Courtney have introduced a great menu...John is a vegan so the food is super healthy and delicous, hope to bump into you sometime, xx Katherine

  42. Darling A-M

I have been SO out of the blogging loop for the last 6 months, not at all been keeping up with all my lovely bloggy friends!

Just been reading over your blog it looks like you have been going through a major trauma; I am extremely sorry for your loss, I can't even begin to imagine how heart wrenching it must be. I just want you to know that you are one of the true lights in blogland; please know you shine.

    With love and best wishes

  46. OMG A-M... are you underwater yet? Down here on the mid-north coast of NSW we are watching the rain fall....and fall...and fall...
    lift your feet up!

  47. Oh yes the rain is coming down! I have taken my boys to the beach for a few days. They are whooping it up in the wind and the rain riding their ripsticks, playing beach soccer. I think they are more joyous in the wild weather! I am calling them my 'storm boys'. Will share some beautiful stormy photos when I get back. Miss you all. A-M xx
