Whoa...

thebestofpinterest.pinterest

... how's this for a library?... and it looks like it's a 'working' one at that ... and not just for show. Would love to meet the owners..... I'd say they would be very interesting, learned people.

Don't books just make a home!

We have a danish wall unit with a ladder but it is only normal ceiling height. I wouldn't want to climb this ladder..it's way too high for me. But I love all the books!

that's brilliant....although I must admit... the lop rung looks like a bit of a challenge! I'd be thinking twice about whether I really wanted to read that book I placed on the top shelf:-)
Have a happy day!

Hells bells thats a high ladder!

Books are by far the hardest item to cull and I find it painstaking making decisions re these treasures.

That looks like a library that needs it's own card catalog!

I think I'd get a nosebleed trying to retrieve a favourite book up high. I'd definitely want to wear a safety harness too!

Books definitely make a home and we *definitely* need more shelves...except I'd need some kind of Stanna lift to get to the top of this! :)

Wow, that would be my room for sure :).

My kind of people! I wonder how they know what's where? And they're obviously not scared of heights either!

These folks are definitely not into the minimalist look!

Woah indeed!
Now that's a library...but not so sure if I could handle the height of those top shelves.

Oh i don't know, we hardly fill a small book case with our books, my husband, brothers & father all share books around, i don't read, at all (6 years of Uni killed off any desire) & we have a tonne of cook books & children's books. Sad but true, then again, quick, easy & light when we move. That is one amazing collection of books though, love Posie
