Buyer's Remorse

Well more like 'giver's remorse'.... I was out on my run yesterday morning thinking about my lovely, 'now almost empty' shed and some impending stock arriving for my 'soon to be store'. I was having slight remorse over giving away some shelves which would have come in handy after all.......... but then I saw this! ... propped up on a wall, out in the weather, outside an op shop. Ha! Thank you very much. Just what I needed at that precise moment in time. I love my suburb. It looks after me!

Happy Wednesday!

I like this post as I often think that thought before I go to sleep - I have everything I need. And I do! Your lavender is lovely too, hope you got some good tips. Rachaelx

Oh A-m, just wanted to share with you... My copy of Patina Style arrived in mail yesterday (thanks Brooke at Velvet and Linen) so with the day off work I'm putting on the kettle and finding a sunny spot to drool over this lovely book!

Oh sorry about shelving but I am sure your heart knows you have done the right thing. Nice sign I need to tell myself that from time to time :) Have a great week x

Ha! I love that sign. I walk home from the city to Hill End along Boundary St and then Vulture. I covet things in the windows all the way but then I see that sign and think "yes, I do.".

I know I dooo... but those EVIL EVIL shop displays and those EVIL EVIL well dressed Mannequins!!

On a serious note, it's always good to be reminded. Lest one forgets all that one has and concentrates only on that one doesn't

Sometimes you just get these little reminders in unexpected places!

It's funny how those little reminders pop up just when you need them!

Hi A-M,
I would go a bit further and say we all have even more than we actually need.
Except, I actually need help from you and your readers. Because I'm not creative, and I stupidly took on a creative subject at Uni.
I wonder if anyone can help me connect teeth a hippo and a hammer?
lots of love

I love those kind of moments! Like recently I had no money left spare to pay an urgent bill and then out of the blue someone asked if I still had a particular item laying around. They wanted to buy it! Amazing timing!

Fantastic mantra, i can not wait to build a house, move & giveaway a tonne of things (considering my 4th child will be 9, i think we can part with quite a lot, without destroying their childhood memories, we're keeping the good ones, like the French wooden doll houses). At the end of the day, it's easier to clean the less clutter there is, love Posie

When this popped onto the page, I thought that it was directed at moi! No truer words were ever penned and the font seems to emphasize that point - hah!
