Shower Windows

I love this!
A shower transom!
I like the double hungs on the other wall of the shower too. 4 x1's - my favourite combination.
My dream shower... all windows!
Sorry about the resolution, it was the best I could get it.
Oh, and I seriously love the tiling too.... very 'Ann Sacks-ish'... probably is?
What's happening on the ceiling, I can't quite make it out? Tiles too? Honed concrete?

Unpacking pallets today.. with one arm.... busted the other one up, the other day, in the shed.
Could get interesting!

Happy Thursday!

  1. Keep meaning to send you a photo of a reno around the corner from me that every time I drive by I think of you as they are very Cape Cod inspired. It started out very generic Queenslander and it is interesting what they have done. If you are over my way sometime it is in coventry st Hawthorne, xxx Katherine

  5. You need to fill a friend with coffee and take her to the shed with you , hard to unpack boxes with one arm, hope it improves soon. The ceiling looks the same as the floor in the shower so could be concrete.

  7. Just saw a house on-line with beautiful porch and pergola. (Plus pretty gorgeous inside). Internet playing up here and can't get it to load again to get link (is very image heavy). It is on the chick lit author Jane Greens website and is on her blog and is the post entitled something like "Figless Manor: A Place To Call Home"

I looked at the images and thought you would love it.

  9. You could have a serious shower party in there!

Good luck with the unpacking A-M...I saw your earlier tweet and it did not look like something for the faint of heart.

    X,

  10. Oh that shower looks like it would be airy and not so mouldy! That would be a dream come true in itself! I now find myself obsessed with Ann Sacks and all sorts of small, intricate tile work. So much so I was watching The Block last night and they were all aspiring for glass in their ensures and I was shouting at the TV "tiles! Basketweave tiles! high end tiles!" and my husband had a good laugh. Then I showed him one of your posts and he agreed you were absolutely right.
